  • 1. How do I book a Propzee rental inspection?
     

    Its easy - Bookings are made via our website and can be completed within 60 seconds!

    All you need to do is follow the on-screen instructions by entering the property address, choosing an available viewing time, adding your details and making payment - that’s it!

    All you now have to do is sit back & wait.

  • 2. How much notice is needed when making a booking?
     

    Whilst we would love to be able to inspect a property on your behalf at short notice and we are working on this. Unfortunately at this moment in time we are only able to inspect a property if we are given a minimum of 12 hours’ notice.

  • 3. Do you do inspections at the weekend?
     

    Yes, we inspect properties 7 days a week. As long as there are properties open for inspections, we will be there ready to inspect on your behalf.

  • 4. What areas of Melbourne do you cover?
     

    As we get this great service rolled out we currently cover central Melbourne and Bayside including the following postcodes:
    3000, 3002, 3003, 3004, 3006, 3008, 3031, 3051, 3052, 3053, 3054, 3141, 3181, 3182, 3183, 3184, 3185, 3186, 3187, 3188, 3189, 3190, 3191, 3192, 3193, 3194, 3202, 3205, 3206, 3207

    However, we aim to cover the entire Melbourne metropolitan area as soon as possible.

  • 5. Do I need to be present for the inspection?
     

    No, this is the beauty of Propzee – we do all the hard work for you so you spend your time more productively, or simply doing the things you want to do.
    We will even notify the agent we are inspecting on your behalf (….if you want us too) so they will have your details on file.

  • 6. How long does the inspection take?
     

    Depending on the property and the agency, generally viewing times are a maximum of 15 minutes.
    In this time, our inspector will go through each room that is accessible reporting on the condition, along with a photograph of each room – it will almost be like you viewed the property yourself!

  • 7. When do I receive the Report?
     

    The report will be emailed to you via your nominated email address within 8 hours of the viewing, often sooner.

  • 8. What’s included in the Propzee report?
     

    Each report contains a breakdown of each room and its fixtures (floor, windows, ceilings etc.) along with a rating for each fixture so you know exactly what the condition is like.
    On top of that we also take pictures of every room, something that virtually all adverts on the web fail to do.

  • 9. Can I cancel my Propzee rental inspection?
     

    Of course you can. However, we must have at least 4 hours’ notice prior to the property inspection to process a refund.

  • 10. Are you APBI Insured?
     

    Yes, Propzee Rental Inspection Service (PRIS) holds both Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance.

  • 1. How does payment work?
     

    Here at Propzee we run a cashless system, so the $249 payment is taken from the card you provide at booking.
    All payments are processed via our secure payment system, Stripe, where your card details are encrypted for security purposes.

  • 2. What if I’m not 100% satisfied with my report, can I get a refund?
     

    Yes, most definitely.

  • 3. Can I pay with Credit Card?
     

    Yes, you can pay using your credit card via our online secure payment gateway.

  • 4. Can I pay with PayPal?
     

    Yes, Propzee has PayPal facility.
